To enable fresh university graduates to acquire fundamental theory into practice and to develop professional engineers, each graduate trainee is required to undergone a two-year Scheme A training programme, which is approved by The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers.

JRP is recognized by HKIE to provide Scheme A training for four disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services and Fire. A number of qualified and experienced internal engineering supervisors and training tutors make JRP a perfect environment for graduate trainees to complete the professional training as a firm start of their professional career.
